    Making the week 6 workouts instead of 3

    I'm just getting back on the horse and I'm wondering. I'd like to lift for 30 minutes 6 days a week. Has anyone else split the workouts into 2? Would you recommend it? Once I'm back in the routine I'll likely move to 60 minute sessions but to get going .... Also, I'm looking at the 5.5...

    check out this squat rack

    What is the 1RM value in the User Guide?

    How do I use the 1RM in the User Gudie? Is that Cathe's? That would be great because I could use it as a goal but I noticed some of the values are a little off. They seem to be too low to be the weight of 2 dumbbells but too high to be one.

    Double arm exercises and 1RM

    I know I've seen the answer to this before but I can't find it right now. When performing a double arm movement, such as tricep kickbacks, what weight do I enter? 20# because I used 2 10# weights or 10# because that's what I held in each hand? Cheers, -Jane

    How to add 10% to 15# dumbbells ...

    I have a set of plate mates, which means 4 mates at 1.25# each. Are there smaller weights? If I need to add 10% onto 15# dumbbels that would be 1.5# not 1.25#. This may seem a bit picky but those micro changes really help me. Cheers, Jane
