    Opinions on Body Rx eating

    Has anyone had success with this? I don't think I'll do the workout portion, and I couldn't give up cardio, but the eating plan is interesting. I'm curious if anyone has any advice. I'm a carbohydrate junkie, and I know that's not good.

    heart rate formula

    Anyone know the formula for figuring heart rate. Not the formula based on 220- age, but this formula started with a k, I think. It involved finding your resting heart rate and your working heart rate. I've got my figured, but I've lost the formula.

    Tae Bo; Get Ripped

    Did the advanced w/o this am. It was tough, and I'm in shape. I've only done tae bo twice a few yrs ago. Some of the moves are going to take me some time, but I think it's a good cardio w/o. My heart was in 80-90% range maybe 5/10 minutes total. The rest og the time 50-70%. I'm looking for...

    MIS/ not enough time

    I only have 50 minutes to w/o in the am. If I do MIS, I find I can't get through the entire tape in this time (I do have to rest sometimes between sets). Anyway, my question is this. If I get through the legs and the chest, back and shoulder sections,(sometimes I don't get through the shoulders)...

    How often to complete the MIS tape

    Should I try to complete the MIS tape 2 days per week or 3 days. I'm in pretty good shape. I do alot of cardio and 2 days fits my schedule best, but I want maximum results. Can I get the results w/ just 2 days?
