    Xpress/Slow & Heavy Rotation?

    Have any of you paired up S&H with Express? I was thinking about doing one body part per day and start with S&H in the morning and a full express tape at night. Has anybody tried this and seen results from it? Would it be overtraining? I've written it down and the rotation looks like this...

    SNM ?ON CONFIRMING ORDER

    I never rec'd a confirmation on the order I placed on 11/26. I just placed another order for a Christmas gift and realized I don't have confirmation on my original order. I tried the UPS tracking and of course it's not there. Is there any way to check? My e-mail address is RDS173@aol
