I've not been diligent about using his program in the past but I was looking to get restarted so I thought I'd check out his site to make my form is correct. What I found is his new program 2 x 4 training. I'm intrigued - has anyone tried it?

I know you said that you would work on the workout cards but I'm wondering if they will be ready for my Monday's workout or should I make one of my own?
