    STS or low impact

    I have both and am finally motivated to get started. Which one should I do first? It has been a long time since I lifted so I wasn't sure I could do STS, then I saw where 1 lady started with 3 lbs. so it doesn't seem quite as scary. Thank you for your replies.

    Weak Hips

    I use to run 40 + miles a week, but knee problems have side lined me. I just found out it is actually weak hips. I purchased LIS, but haven't done it yet because of the knee pain. Will this workout strenthen my hips or do I need something different? Thank you.
