    Weight loss....WHEN!?!

    Calories burned per workout?

    Is there any way to know how many calories (roughly) each exercise disc burns? I'm trying to cut calories per day and figure in the workout but don't know how many calories I can subtract for working out... Even a basic number would be helpful 300? 500? :rolleyes:

    Just not losing weight :(
