    Substitute for lateral movements

    Hi Cathe, Unfortunately, I have tennis elbow. I had a shot of cortisone and will see the doctor in 6 weeks. However, I can't do any type of lateral or row movement when the palm faces down-weight in hand because of pain. Are there any substitute I can do?
