    Hi Guys! I did STS Plyo Legs Disk 26 last night instead of Week2 Legs again. That was one crazy workout but tons of fun. I used my rebounder for the more extreme plyos but still fried my legs plenty. Had no choice but for today to be a rest day :o Helene, the whole calorie in/out balance...
