    new Cathe w/o that is NOT STS?

    I really need some motiviation/inspiration. Does anyone know if there are any new workouts coming soon, that is not STS or heavy weights? I miss good ol Cathe cardio. I thought she was doing some kind of martial arts or kickbox in the future, but its August....;)
