    Enterring actuals

    When I go to enter actual weights and reps, I noticed the order of exercises just comes up random on the screen instead of the order on the workout card. It makes data entry much more time consuming. Just wondering if there are any plans to have the workout cards match up to the online entry?

    Trying to finish up 1RM. Could someone tell me if there is a difference between exercise 504 "Sit N Stands" and 473 "One Leg Sit N Stands". My confusion comes from looking at the photos on the 1RM pdf chart. Both photos show Cathe on one leg. Is there a two legged Sit N Stand? Thanks
