    Got mine too!

    I just checked my mail right now, which means my DVD's were there for almost the whole day yesterday!!!! Woohoo - cannot wait to try one out tonight :) I live down in Texas - I thought for sure I wouldn't see them until early next week with the holiday and all. Tami :)

    Workout break downs?

    Is there a place / thread where the workouts are broken down by what is in them? i.e.: squats / 12 reps, etc. I've been looking but to no avail. Thanks in advance, tami :)

    Push ups in the WM

    I tried to search to make sure this hasn't been addressed yet, but didn't find anything - so I hope I'm not repeating anything. My question is: When looking for your 1 rep max with push-ups; prone - Do you just enter your body weight? I'm not sure how to do this. Thanks, Tami :)

    WM won't save?

    Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I am trying to test my 1rep but "Step 4" only shows the words - there is no button to save. Has anyone else had this problem & figured it out? Thanks, Tami :)
