    Yoga recommendations

    Hi! I am looking for some dvd recommendations for yoga. I have Firm Power Yoga and enjoy it. I am an advanced exerciser, mainly Cathe, not extremely flexible (partly because I don't take the time to work on it). Any ideas, thinking 30-45 minutes 2-3 times a week. Thanks!

    Pull up bar

    Hi Cathe! I am thinking ahead to the STS program and finding the right spot for a pull up bar. What/how much of the back workout will I miss if I do not put up a bar? Will you have a substitution if people are unable to put a bar up? Thanks for your time!
