    Cardio High Step Mix from all High Step Workouts

    I really like how the High Step Training DVD allows you to do all the cardio sections at once. I would definitely buy a premix that has all the step portions from all three high step tapes (and perhaps some Leg Presses for good measure, those from the Muscle Endurance one get my heart rate up...
