    I have a major lower belly buldge that most women get after having kids. I also have back fat and the dreaded love handles. M,W,F, and Sat. is dedicated to some form of Cardio routines, it may be kickbox, step aerobics, or just high impact aerobics for 45mins. on Tues, Thursday it's 45 mins of strength training and 20 mins of cardio...
