    Excel Spreadsheet for DVD

    A while ago, I read that there was an excel spreadsheet for Cathe's videos. The spreadsheets were used to help in logging in the weight so that the next time you did the workout it would be easier. Can someone help me in finding these spreadsheets? Thank you for your help!! :-)
