    Probably a stupid Question...

    ...but I wanted to double check. I just ordered Pyramid Upper and Lower body, and it says they use 5 lb. ankle weights... so I need to buy 2 5-lb ankle weights, or 2 2.5-lb ankle weights? I just wanted to make sure since I will be buying them in the next week. Thanks!

    Should I get the supersets + push/pull dvd, the slow and heavy dvd, or the pyramid upper/lower body dvd? I want THEM ALL, but can only buy one at a time. I already have MM, MIS, PS, PH, B&G & DM... I like to rotate weight workouts every 4 weeks to stay challenged and fresh. But I can't decide...
