I have Athletic Training and LOVE it...recently had an injury and want to get another low impact dvd - is there a big difference between AT and AfterBurn? good to have them both?

I haven't been on Cathe's site in a while and noticed a bunch of new DVDs! very exciting. Looking at MMA dvds - boxing, fusion, and kickbox...talk to me, what is the favorite? what is the toughest work out? I can't figure out the big difference in all of them. THANKS

hi all -- building the library up and need suggestions on a strength dvd. i just finished a cycle of Pyramids (LOVE that series) and i have the hardcore series: gym styles, body max, butts and guts, 4day split, drill max, terminator...not looking for cardio... hardcore extreme? power...

sorry if this has been addressed, but wondering if the dvds will be available to purchase separately and not all together? some of those workouts look awesome but i'm not sure i have the funds for ALL of them!

I'm not a fan of boot camp on the 4DS but want love doing circuits. There aren't any other circuits on the 4DS dvd, are there? I love BM2 circuits - now THAT boot camp is awesome. Is it just me, or are the premixes lame on 4DS...please tell me I'm missing something!

I love love rhythmic step, I have fun doing it while I'm breaking a sweat, but I have only been doing it from FITtv - not the full DVD. How is the DVD w/Imax 1 and MIC? Worth it to get the DVD?

ouch!! i did Pyramid Lower Body yesterday morning and could only do 30 minutes of cardio this morning my legs hurt so bad!! what do you do, i feel like a wimp for not pushing myself!!
