    pilates/yoga

    Does anyone supplement their workouts with pilates or yoga? It is pretty tough to do Cathe videos 7 days a week. I am looking for something to do on a "day off." Ayone have any ideas? Any idea if Cathe tape a yoga or pilates DVD? :o
