    An idea so simple, it just might work

    That idea is to do a workout at least 3 times before e-baying it! About a year ago I sold Imax 3 and Kick Max after doing each only one time. I wish I had given them both another chance. Has anyone else gotten rid of a workout then wished to have it back for one more try?

    My ears were burning!

    I don't think this is normal. I did 4DS back, chest, and shoulders today. During the 4th shoulder round, the front raise / pull back, I had such a burn in my shoulders that it spread up the sides of my neck and head and my ears were burning! Yeah baby!
