Hi, Cathe (and all!). The reason that I've put off buying CTX and pre-ordering the four-day split, is that I have it in my head that 30 minutes of cardio (including the warm-up) isn't long enough to reap the benefits. Am I wrong? Thanks!
Nancy
I have one that doesn't fit in my basement. It's a few years old, but not used much. It now sits in pieces in my garage. Anyone who can pick it up, can have it free. I live in Dix Hills.
This is a really cool website set up by Xerox: www.letssaythanks.com. It allows you to send postcards with words of thanks and encouragement to the troops in Iraq. Check it out.

Hello, everyone. I was wondering if any of you who purchased the new Powerstrikes has done the Forza workout. I'd love to hear some feedback. Thanks!
Nancy
For those of you looking for Powerstrike, they're no longer sold on the website, but out of the NY office instead. You can e-mail Ilaria at [email protected] with your order. Once she confirms, you send her a check.
I've been reading such great things here on the Powerstrike Millenium Series. I'm trying to buy only DVD's anymore, though. Are these worth making an exception?
If anyone's interested, I just visited the cardio coach website (www.cardiocoach.com), and they're having a sale through 6/18. 20% of all purchases and 50% of if you buy five items.
Hi, Cathe. I wrote recently asking about alternating total body weight training days with interval workouts. I meant to write circuit not interval! (Sorry. I'm kind of new to all this and get a bit confused sometimes.) So is it okay to do circuit training on days following weight training...
Hi, Cathe (and everyone).
I know that it's best to give muscle groups a day of rest between strenght workouts, but is it okay to do an interval workout the next day or should it just be cardio? I do a full body strength work out right now. No splits.
