    tricep dips

    Does anyone else have problems with their wrists when you do the dips on the step? My wrists can't be in that positon long. Do you have any ways to do them that wouldn't hurt? Or, will my wristes get stronger if i continue trying them?

    Hi Cathe, I'm really enjoying working out with you each morning!! I do have a question though. When I do the tricep dips on the step, my wrists hurt. Is there another move which would do the same thing? Or, will my wrists get stronger over time if I keep at it?
