    Hello all! I need your advice! I have about 20 pounds to lose and much needed muscle definition. Would you recommend me sticking to only Fat Loss/ Endurance Rotations until the fat/weight is gone? Or, should I mix it up with others? Any suggestions? Thank you! Kristen
