    Too much step?

    Hi All, Is it okay to do a step workout everyday as my only type of cardio workout? I thought I read something here about the subject, but now I can’t find it, and I know a lot of you alternate between running/other forms of cardio and cathe’s step workouts… Any advice? TIA…
