I did this one too and really enjoyed it. I did several modifications for impact. I always look for Ingrid in the back--I think that is her name--and she does modifications I follow as well.

Bye! I am not posting anymore.

I did live Crush It (42 min.). I'm very depressed, disillusioned, hopeless.

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Upper Body Sculpt (51 min.). Another good one--this time it's not endurance, but heavy sculpting--or heavy for me. I will be curious to see if I get doms. Beautiful day for voting, so the turnout should be good here in MA. Valerie, I too want a clear-cut...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did RS with 1 lb. gloves (48 min.). I like this one a lot. Deb, I am scheduled for a fitting on the dress later this week. She says it is almost done, but she wants to make sure of the fit and decide on the hem. I had too many obligations last week or I could have...

I forgot to mention, Diane Sue, I don't think that dvd place would help me. This was a brand new dvd that froze--no scratches--and really stubborn about getting out of the dvd player. I was afraid to put it in again.

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Vertical Loading (50 min.). I really like this one as an alternative to all the metabolic weight workouts with compound moves. I will definitely be returning to this one. Rating 5. Deb, it sounds like you had a good day yesterday and fun with Kylee. I'm...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live You Can Do Anything for a Minute (50 min.). I really like this one, probably because it gets everything done--cardio, weights, upper and lower body. Deb, I really hope you get some kind of a breakthrough on this. How frustrating! If anything is causing...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Legs on Fire (49 min.). Somewhat ambivalent about this one. I don't like a 40 lb barbell, so I wore my 10 lb. vest and a 30 lb. barbell. I don't like burpees, and have never been very good at those roll-ins with one leg up in the air. On the other hand...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did both Sweat workouts (47:13). Carolyn, thanks for the review! I think I will try that one tomorrow. Deb, good luck on your appointment today! I hope it doesn't turn into a chronic problem for you. What kind of rug are you looking for? There's a place in...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Compound Giant Sets (42 min.) and I added on some rows for my back with heavier weights because she really doesn't do much back work on this one. Lori, yes, it's definitely snow tire season. It was only in the 20s this morning and now it's warming up, but...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Cardio Boxing with Stability Ball Abs (47:39). I did this one awhile ago and forgot how much I liked it. The abs are different and fun. Deb, I hope your ENT appt is helpful. My friend lives in Chatham NY but not all the time (she also has a condo in NYC)...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Low Impact Circuit (52 min.). Felt good after so many days of not exercising. I did get back on Friday, about noon, but then Saturday is Housemax, so I basically had 3 days off from exercising. We did do some walking in Great Barrington and Hudson, but it...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Shock Circuit (39 min.). I went lighter on some of the weights because I did weights yesterday, and I also modified some, not all, of the impact. A good workout--I'd give it a 4 instead of a 5 because it's a bit too fast-moving at times and I would miss a...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Total Body Tone Up (55 min.). I was going to do the new one--Shock something--but noticed it was a mere 39 min. and I like to do something longer to start out the week. Maybe I will try that one tomorrow. Judy, that is an incredible number of miles! Really...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Crush It (42 min.). This one always surprises me with its intensity. It seems much better cardio than the floor Sweat--maybe more repetitions and less time between hiits. Deb, overall your news is good, but I'm sure it's frustrating not to have a...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Fit and Firm (48 min.). Definitely an intermediate workout and just what I needed this morning--nothing too strenuous. I watched the debate last night and was a bit wound up and couldn't get to sleep right away, so I needed something less challenging. I...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Cardio Core Circuit--the one with the standing abs (44 min.). For some reason I don't mind the impact on these little intervals--I think because they are short and Cathe gives plenty of short breaks. Diane Sue, that is terrible news about your nephew. No...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did ICE Metabolic (48 min.). Deb, I looked up Foyle's War at Netflix and they have 9 seasons for streaming! It also rated for me, given past choices, at 96%, so it looks like I will really enjoy it when I have the time. That's a lot of watching, and I have been...

Hi everyone-- This morning I did live Boxing, Hiit, and Core (48 min.). I liked this one a lot. It was filmed back in August and Cathe kept talking about the heat. I think it slowed her down a bit, which was good for me on the intervals, where she alternated between high and low impact. Deb...
