Good morning! What a crappy weekend, it rained the whole time. My goodness, we've had rain every weekend since the end of July. Sick of it. This morning I did RAW Heavy Bag/Shadow Boxing w/Zac and had a great workout. I love this one. I skipped the abs at the end because I really needed to...

Well, my mom is home finally. Brought her home this morning. She didn't seem right to me, she seemed very tired. Yesterday she was all happy and had all this energy and today not so much. I get it, she's 89 and will probably have good days and bad days, but I worry about her. This morning I did...

This morning I did RAW Kettlebell & Kickboxing. What a fun workout, I really enjoyed it. I do think I did this one before because I remember she was having issues with the light smoking and she had to stop the video to fix the problem. I used a 10# kettlebell and 2# dumbbells for this workout...

No workout today, I had something really scary happen to me yesterday. So I went to the bathroom right before I left work and a stabbing pain was in my right side right after and it hurt to pee. That pain lasted until I went to bed last night. I thought my appendix burst just like my husbands...

This morning I did RAW 4DS Legs & Shoulders and had a great workout. I also wanted to do the Kettlebell Finisher that was originally part of this workout but couldn't find it. So I found one called Kettlebell & Kickboxing and I did about 10 minutes of that. I think I will do that entire workout...

This morning I did RAW 4-Day Split: Back & Chest. Had a great workout. I also did the RAW Egg Weights Finisher that goes with this strength workout. Workout twas 39 minutes, burned 236 calories and HR was 111/161. Belinda - Your daughter is so beautiful!! That is a great picture. I'm so happy...

This morning I did RAW Kickbox July and had a great workout. I really like this workout, it gives me a lot of step. The music is so so but some of it is really good. It is a fast one so using egg weights is a no go. Workout was 39 minutes, burned 318 calories, did 4778 steps and HR was 132/171...

This morning I tried Kelly's new workout RAW You have the Right to Bare Arms. Good workout but oddly she was supposed to do three rounds of the exercises and only did 2 rounds of biceps and 3 rounds of triceps. Other than that, it was a good workout, I really liked it. 10 reps per exercise...

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #6 and had a great workout. This one is fun. Workout was 30 minutes, burned 223 calories, did 2535 steps and HR was 128/159. Belinda - Thanks about my mom. I was just looking at her MyChart info and some of the things she has doesn't seem "mild" to me as the...

Hi all, I'm back. My mom is doing better and is now at a rehab facility to get her legs stronger so she can go home. These hospitals are incredibly frustrating. I won't go into details, but all the waiting is ridiculous. Long story short, my mom has mild heart failure and a little fluid on her...

No workout today, my mom is in the hospital. Please say a prayer for her. It's either her heart or blockage in her brain.

This morning I did RAW Cardio Crush #3 2026 which was SO FUN!!! OMG, I usually don't like all cardio workouts like this unless its boxing but this one was great. Really good music, too. Michael Jackson, Brittney Spears, Dolly Parton. Great stuff!! The cardio was not super crazy. It was perfect...

This morning I did 30 Minutes to Fitness - Power Splits: Upper Body and had a great workout. I like this workout but I rested longer than Kelly has you rest. I lifted fairly heavy and you can't do a second or third set without some rest. She gives you like 10 seconds between each set which is...

This morning I did RAW Box & Pump 2. I like this one a lot but it is quite fast. Had a great workout. Workout was 41 minutes, burned 365 calories, did 3462 steps and HR was 141/165. Belinda - I am so sorry to hear about Sadie. I sure hope they can give her something to help her with this...

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing July. This is the 2nd time I've done this one and I really love it. The music is odd as it mixes rap with 70's music but I like most of it. It's really a fun workout and gives me a high step count. Workout was 40 minutes, burned 327 calories, did 4648 steps and...

This morning I did RAW Burn Sets Lower Body and had a good workout. My legs were on fire with this one. Workout was 45 minutes, burned 210 calories and HR was 101/135. Roselyn - Great job with your Triceps workout. I'm looking forward to doing some STS 2 workouts next week. Belinda - Seems...

Hi all, this morning I did RAW Burn Sets Upper Body and had a great workout. I'm a bit worried because it seems like I have lost a lot of strength. I hope it comes back, it worries me. I had issues completing the entire 45 seconds after the 2nd set and don't remember having that issue before. I...

Hi all. Wow, what crazy weather we had this weekend. Saturday we had a tornado scare while my mom and I were in church. Crazy!! No tornado, thank God, but still, it was quite chaotic when all the cell phones went off with the emergency warnings. This morning I did Box & Pump 8 and had a great...
