    Forgot to post yesterday and I did Cathe Live Loops with fabric and firewalker bands for 42 minutes (I think) then Cathe Live Core Express for 20 minutes and finished with Total Body Stretching Basic Stretching for 14 minutes. Enjoyed both of the Cathe Live workouts.
