    When I originally answered all the questions, it said between 1200-1600 calories. 1200 is just too low when doing Cathe and other intense workouts. I changed it to 1500-1700, higher end for workout days, lower end for non-workout days. I have to plug in my salad that I just ate, so we'll see...
