Six Feet Under Last Episode Song

I'm hoping someone (Jes?) can help me identify the name of the female artist or song that was playing in the last episode as Claire was driving on the highway. The credits said music by "Astralwerks" but I couldn't find anything easily on that website. Thanks in advance for any help, Sue

August Rotation Check In, August 23rd

I can really sense some extra excitement on the check-ins this week, way to go all! I blew it today cause here it is 6:30 pm my time, just got home, put on my exercise clothes, set up my step and started the warm-up of Low Max (my sub for IM3) but just lost my motivation. :-( I did the walking...

Pls help decide which Ryka to get!

I bought the Rythm II, the Enlight II, and the Nike Shox crosstrainer about 3 months ago (yes, I know I have a "shoe" obsessive compulsive disorder }( ) I liked the Nike best of the 3 for overall cushion and stability. The only thing I don't like is that every once in a while it lightly catches...

    August rotation check in 8/22/05

Week four is here! Great job everyone who came before me! I echo Gayle's sentiments about this rotation. Its been more a test of my inner strength and willpower than anything else. I have loved challenging myself this way! Of course I am not doing this rotation to a "T" cause I have to go...

Augsut Rotation Check In - 08/20/04

Happy Saturday! I did my ab work first, then finished Step Fit from where I left off last night, did the IM intervals and then only about 35 minutes of CK. I am so ready for rest day and it sounds like everyone else is too! Looking at next week's workouts with a bit of dread but it is the last...

    August Rotation Check-In--8/19/05

Hi everyone! Great jobs on your workouts today. I got home 3 hours later than normal, did the ab work, but only did the first 40 minutes of Step Fit. I haven't even eaten dinner yet and its 8 pm Cal time. I just didn't have the energy to finish it.x( So tomorrow I will try to complete it along...

    Another newbie

Welcome Michelle! I just came out of lurking a little while ago and the forum gets that much better when you start to post. I started building my Cathe library in January, and I've recently counted 27 of her DVDs! Enjoy! Sue

    August Rotation--8/18/05

Good evening everyone! I did HSTA and KPC 1.5 times. Didn't have the motivation to make it through the second time. And I don't think I'll ever master those pikes either! I admire those that can do them. We are nearing the end aren't we, I'm thinking we all need a coffee mug or t-shirt that says...

    August Rotation--8/17/05

Hi everyone. I completed Stepworks and the IM 1-5 intervals just now. Great all step workout. A little tired but feeling pretty good. Sounds like everyone who came before me did great today and its comforting somehow to know that nearly everyone else is pooped too!}( Just a couple more days...

"Ten reasons why you should go to work NAKED"

Someone just sent this to me at work so I thought I'd share the chuckle... 10. No one ever steals your chair. 9. Gives "bad hair day" a whole new meaning. 8. Diverts attention from the fact that you also came to work drunk. 7. People stop stealing your pens after they've seen...

    Tubal Ligation

I had mine a little over a year ago. Three little holes in my abdomen, a few hours as an out-patient, terrible pressure from the gas they pumped in, hardly any cramping, back to moderate exercising (except abs) in a week, could fully exercise (abs too) in 3 weeks. For the first few months after...

    AUGUST ROTATION CHECK-IN 8/15

I did my 800 "sit-ups" yesterday except there were only 25 actual sit-ups (hurts my back) and the rest were crunches from all angles. Today I decided to do everything except for the jacks, jogs, burpees, and jumping rope during my lunch hour at work. I have access to a very large empty office...

    Your first step workout?

Way back in 1993, headed for divorce and desperately needing to get my very overweight body in shape, I bought a Reebok step and fell in love with Gin Miller's videos. Stayed mainly with Gin Miller until this past January when I found Cathe. Now 27 Cathe DVDs, a new club step, and 2 high steps...

For those who *don't* workout first thing in the morning....

I'm up at 3:50 am, shower and out the door for work by 4:30. I usually get home around 4 pm, do my workout and then shower again. I generaly don't wash my hair the second time around though cause it makes all that hair color come out too quickly :) Sue
