    I have STS now but it looks like doing the 1RM is going to take some time. I also did High Reps this morning and have to admit I got a little discouraged, made me feel so weak. ugh. So, I think I'll start the gym style series for now and build up more strength and do my 1RM's to get that done...

    1RM how long?

    I started doing my 1RM's prior to beginning. I am only halfway through disc 2 exercises. I am also doing until I lose form, however many reps that may be. I sometimes don't pick the right weight that I thought I'd only do 10 reps on. It seems like it will take all week to get through this? Does...

    My STS came today but I have to take time to do the test for which weight to use for each exercise. So, for tomorrow, I am trying to decide on High Reps or Total Body before work.

    I just ordered the BowFlex Select Tech dumbbells, can't wait for them to get here. They had a deal with free shipping and get the stand for free. I hope they work well. Had good reviews.

    I actually used paper plates today as I did ab circuits weights and plates, they worked pretty good. I only bought one frisbee, I'll have to grab another one. lol

    A complete Low Impact series please please please

    I would also LOVE high intensity, low impact. Bad ankle and bad knee so I'm not a fan of jumping jacks, etc...That would be awesome! :)

    What equipment do I need?

    I was thinking I should just order one from her site. I use a stability ball at the office instead of a chair too. We plan on doing the 1RM tests too. So, we test each exercise to how many reps with can do with a certain weight and put that in to the calculator? Then it prints out?

    Early Risers??

    Evenings are best for me but if I get my workouts done in the mornings I have more time for kids at night. *sigh no win situation lol Last two mornings I was able to get AM workouts in. Tomorrow is rest day and so Sat/Sun will be AM workouts as I work second shift on the weekends.

    When I googled it there was a link to go to it and buy it. It already charged my credit card too. Hope it comes now. I think I will love this too. :)
