Hi girls. I am in the same boat as all of you, especially X. I am 5'2 and tend to bulk as well in my lower body if I lift, but my upper body is no problem. I am looking forward to Cathe's recommendation as well. I am sure we will all benefit from it :-)

Newswoman, have you heard of / checked out Mary Kay Andrews? She writes books that take place in Savannah, Madison and Atlanta. Noticing that you were from Atlanta thought you might enjoy them. I am reading her book Little Bity Lies right now and am loving it!

I think that is an absolutely fantastic idea. As I am still a little new to Cathe (about 1 year into it) I certainly don't have all the DVDs that are required for the rotations. Not to mention that I have a difficult time trying to substitute, so I end up not doing the rotation at all. Thanks...
