@nckfitheart2009 I completely agree - the large discs are the way to go. I would much prefer a barbell if I had the large discs as I could simply 'roll' the weighted barbell over my legs to position over my hips.

Nckfitheart2009, thank you so much for starting this thread and sharing this link. I really like hip thrusts, however, for me, I have trouble positioning a heavy bar without feeling like I'm going to tweak my back. I think the dumbbells would work much better.
