    I have some 'free with purchase' beachbody gloves. I am not sure if they are 1 pound, or what. I have been using them on and off with the punching combos. I can feel it in my upper back the day after. I don't have a heavy bag, so I always skip those sections.

    Don't be worried about that ... the BBW is do-able. The walking lunges for me are the scary part. Didn't do week one (sore and out of time), Week two .. did 150 of them and happy about that. Week 3 is today for me ... we shall see this afternoon! Welcome to the rotation group!
