    RE: Congrats to I think Cedie is adorable too, but I also like Lorraine. She does have impecabble style. I love her in the kickboxing. I think it helps knowing she teaches it and it helps me with my form.

    FAV CATHE WORKOUT

    I love Imax 2 and Muscle Max the most!!! The gymstyles are also a huge fav. of mine!!! Did I mention the kickboxing :)

    I heard about her when I purchased my first tiny step from walmart. Watched her once and threw it away. Well then comes FITTV. After doing the firm I said, hey I want to try that and the rest was history!

    Fittv is great!! That is where I started doing her workouts. Then I switched cable and no more fittv. Well that was unacceptable and the next thing I know, I'm only 8 dvd's away from owning them all!!!!

    Low Max

    I love low max. I'm 4'11 and have always done it on a 8 inch step. It works my legs great and I don't consider it a cardio workout either, but a great lower body workout!
