I'm doing WW and Cathe. I did find that I had to increase my protein because my energy levels were low. I do the Gym Styles DVDs and alternate step DVDs and Butts & Guts.
I am 31 weeks pregnant with baby #7. I am rotating the Gym Style DVDs. I love them. Especially the upper body workouts. I alternate gym Style Legs and Butts & Guts. I also love High Step Circuit. I'm not sure of you have a high step.

I do that too. I don't like to be disturbed when I am working out. I won't answer the phone and if someone comes over. Too bad you have to wait until I'm done. I know if I don't get it done I won't get back to it.

Wonderwoman- Yes, I had to modify HiiT but not too much. Like I can't do tuck jumps. Too much belly there. LOL! I only used one riser on my step. There's no way I could do it with two.

Yes, I'm doing Cathe DVDs. My collection is still small but I'm adding to it a little at a time. I started out alternating Cathe and Chalene Extreme. This morning I did HiiT 30/30. That was challenging. I can't wait to do it again!
