    Leaner and fatter at the same time

    I'm the same way. I've tried slow and heavy w/low reps, moderate weights and high reps, little cardio, lots of cardio. The flab on the top of my thighs won't budge...I guess it's enjoying the exercise enough to stick around!! Melissa
