    Hair & the new workouts

    I have mine pulled backed also with a headband or scarf around my hairline to keep the sweat from running in my eyes. I've discovered that if my hair isn't pulled back, sometimes sweat will roll down my hair strand and into my face. Yuck!! I don't like that feeling.
