    Do you plan your meals for the whole day?

    I know it's recommended to be eating every 2-3 hours. I don't plan my meals but I think it would be a good idea if I would. Too often I grab something here and there. I'd probably eat a little better if I'd plan them out. What about you? Do you plan your meals?

    Food Combining - You Are What You Eat

    I've got a book or two on food combining. I think it can be good for a lot of people. However, I think if you just take some Digestive Enzymes along with your meal you'll have it covered. That's often what I do!
