    Hi Cathe, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new workouts!! I was wondering though if perhaps the "supersets/push pull" dvd was going to be a featured sale dvd, I saw it on Fit/tv and would love to buy it. Thanks for all you've done for me and sooooo many people everywhere!!

    Do you get a good workout and results

    workout at home I went to the gym for 2 years, saw only minimal results, I started working out at home this past December with cathe and have dropped 30 pounds! I can't tell you how fast I quit the gym and now own 10 Cathe DVD's and I think I am stronger now at 42 then I was at 22! Go figure.

    Eating Healthy on a budget of $400 a month

    I agree that you can eat healthy on a small budget, it just takes a little more work. For instance I used to purchase canned beans but I recently switched to dry beans and I cook them myself, much cheaper and I also try to go to farmers markets for fruits and vegetables because they are cheaper.
