It totally depends on you! I meet a girl at the gym 3 days a week to do the couch to 5k program. I ALWAYS show up if I'm meeting her cause she's counting on me. However, left to do my own workouts that early...i go back to bed a lot...or I hear the baby crying and tend to her when I should let...

I have a 4 year old, a 21 month old, and a 2 months old. If I want to workout, I must get up at feed the baby at 5 and workout after that...usually about 530-6ish. If my workout isn't finished by 7 when DH gets up, then it won't get done at all!!

I can relate to this! My DD is 2 months old but was a terrible nurser. She has a high palate (the roof of her mouth) so she didn't know the nipple was in her mouth, and she sucked sideways. It would take her an hour to nurse and she would just get so mad! So...i resorted to pumping every 3...

sorry for the late check-in! I did week 1 day 2 of the couch to 5k program this morning. Per my HRM, I burned nearly 300 calories! AMAZING! Tomorrow morning I think I will attempt PUB (pyramid upper body). We shall see what the day brings. Jessica
