    If you do ashtanga or power yoga, you don't have to worry about doing 30 minutes of cardio to warm up. Sun salutations warm you up very well. One DVD I would suggest is David Swenson's Short Forms which as 30-45 minute practices. David is a master at ashtanga yoga. Marcy
