I use the herbalife shakes with extra protien powder. They taste pretty good. I'm not an expert on if it has all the healthy stuff in it though.

Dana Tores is an inspiration to stay fit but I think her body is not feminine - looks too manly to me. Madana is just way too out there, she looks freakish now. Maggie Diubaldo is feminine and has a great body.
