    you can do one body part a day with the gymstyles or the slow and heavy workouts. just stop the tape after you have done one body part.

    RE: How Did You Learn all the Step and KickBox Routines... i learned the moves through doing the dvd's over and over again, sometimes i would rewind a move if i needed to. it just takes practice. the more cathe that you do the easier it becomes.

    don't buy chocolate so you won't be tempted to eat it. my kids and dh are only allowed to have snacks in the house that aren't trigger foods for me.

    you could also make your own protein bars. i have found a few recipes on the internet. the ones that i made actually tasted better than most of the ones that i have bought in the store too.
