I do the chest/tricep then the leg and then the back/bicep/shoulder so that I am resting a day between upper body exercises. So I will sometimes do Mon,Tues, Wed like this.

I am not sure that I want to get a new I pod or not. When the new computer program is available will I be able to just mix and run the workouts using a laptop. I think that an Ipod screen may be too small for my aging eyes. Trish

I have been a lifetime member of weight watchers for almost 2 years and have fell off the wagon a bit. I do think that weight watchers will help you to take off the pounds. Now I am concentrating on clean eating as well, I want to look like I work out.
I actually like kimblerly spreen's kickboxing a lot better. I recently got new dvds for amy bento ( I like her kickboxing too), tracey steahle and kimberly spreen and tracey is my least favorite.
Thank you sarah for your words of encouragement. I am feeling a little encouraged this am as the scale is dodwn 1.4 pds. I know that I shouldn't put so much ephasis on the scale but I do. Spring will be here in less than 90 days and I don't want to go into another spring fat.
It also depends on your starting weight if you have 40 pounds to lose it will be easier to lose but if it is those last 10 pounds, it will take longer. I started back attempting to eat clean yesterday and I have lost one and a half pounds (weight will fluctuate from day to day).

Well it is day two of the 12 week challange for me and so far I am doing well. I did kick max today, I am trying to follow Cathe rotations but I do not have Circuit Max. Today I have to start back on my classwork, I took a much needed week off. Everyone have a good day.
Hello everyone well my plan to follow the Cathe rotation and weight watcher plan went well today. I did bootcamp and did pretty well staying on points which I haven't done since who knows when. Now I need to keep this up for 89 more days (and a lifetime).
I am checking in but my official start will be 1/1/08. I am going to aim to stick with Cathe rotations to the best of my ability, I do not have some of her dvds.
