    They sell gloves with weight in them, making it much easier to add a pound or two. You can find them here at ShopCathe (I have her 2 lb gloves and use them all the time) or at Amazon. They probably sell them at your local sporting goods store too.

    Cardio Core Circuit Express Premix

    This DVD has really helped me improve my endurance. It kills me every time, but I've noticed other cardio workouts don't seem so bad anymore. :D And yeah...that premix is great too!

    I asked our resident germ guy (my husband). He said it really depends on certain things. Then he listed a bunch of stuff, but I forgot it all. :p The conclusion, however, was that cooking these eggs will not necessarily protect you. If your eggs are on the list, take them back to the store.

    We use Asics Gel 150 TR for step and bootcamp type workouts. Asics has a great line of running shoes too.

    I'm with you ~ I find Vega pretty gross. Have you tried Pure Advantage's Pea Protein? It's the only one I could deal with (adding a banana helped a ton).
