    Hi ladies, Today I have done 30 minutes of a Method Pilates workout and the Taebo Express Kicks workout which is 11 minutes. Probably will do floorwork later. I took it easy especially on the pilates since it has been over 2 years since I had done it. Blood work is coming back so so, so far.
