    I knew this was going to be a good one. Definitely getting this, because just in that short clip, I know Cathe won't deliver a wimpy recovery workout. I have really begun to love mobility workouts. I feel great afterwards.

    Belinda I also just took a 2 mile walk. It's a beautiful day today. 45, calm and sunny. I got very warm on my walk. It felt good. I love that the days are getting longer. Tomorrow its supposed to change to windy and rainy, with downpours. Jeez, we have had weird weather this month.

    You Can Now Pre-Order Any Of Cathe's STS 2.0 Individual Workouts And Save!

    Giant Sets, Tri Sets & Super Sets. I am more of a total body girl so these types of workouts are what I enjoy. Plus you don't need a lot of equipment. The premixes look good too. I may regret not getting the mobility one, but I can always buy later.
