    November LIS check-in?

    I attempted Turbo Barre once awhile ago, and I could only do 30 min. I felt like such a failure. That workout is TOUGH!!!! My legs were dying! I'm hoping I can push through it tomorrow. Good luck! :)

    Got the workout in this morning! I'm glad the long workout was on the weekend. Did the warm up/cardio of slide and glide and then total body tri-sets upper body. I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow for sure. I'm so glad tomorrow is yoga!

    Ya, those one legged squats were something else!!! What really got me was exercise at the end where the feet were on the stability ball and we had to lift our hips and bring the ball in close and then back out......with one leg in the air!!!!! I could barely do it with both legs on the ball...

    I'd like to join this tread too, perfect timing! I just started yesterday, so today was a rest day. Afterburn was a killer, and I only had 5 lb weights! I now have adjustable weights so I'm ready for the rest of them. Cardio Super Sets is on tap for tomorrow morning. Can't wait!

    What size stability ball?
