    Plan on starting Mesocycle #1 the week of Feb 8th, 2009

    I'll be very interested to see when Cathe will start it. I'm assuming she'll post it in her February monthly rotation... it would be great to start it at the beginning of February, but I wonder if she'll wait until the 8th also so that everyone has time to get it.

    Anyone else planning on doing STS over a period of six months?

    I wonder (with so many people interested in the 6 month rotation) if after we do STS with the normal 3 month rotation if Cathe will start a 6 month rotation. I think I'll do the rotation with her this first time, but would be interested in doing the 6 month rotation after that.

    I noticed that the You Tube clips indicate after the normal workout there is sometimes a bonus exercise and a bonus stretch. Has anyone heard if the length of the video is 75 minutes, does this include the bonus, or is the bonus an additional time on top of the video length posted?

    I might just wait I definitely don't think you can do it all in one day... even if that is all you do for an entire day! I have done some as a workout itself, and then if I don't know what the exercise is, I wait until I hear Cathe say that same thing in another workout, and then I test it...

    I'm not Cathe, but I just read the "Eat Clean Diet Book" by Tosca Reno because I had heard Cathe talking about eating clean and wanted to get more information. It seems to be a pretty good resource.

    I think the interval timing probably depends on how fast your run is. The faster you run the shorter the intervals. I love doing 10 second sprints with a 30 second walk, and I've heard that all out sprints really burn calories.

    foot and leg cramps

    Gatorade You'll never believe me because this is way too easy of a fix, but I'm not joking. I used to get cramps a lot and now whenever I get them a drink a few glasses of gatorade, and they completely go away. Someone told me the electrolites in gatorade helps, and it totally works for me.
