Cathe, I am forever your devotee and truly don't know what I would do if you injured yourself to the point of having to retire! So take care of yourself, and PLEASE don't worry about us. We're in it for the long haul, just like you. :-)
I'm a HUGE fan of Imax 2, but I have to say Imax 3 was really disappointing. The step segments seem really choppy and out of sync with the blasts, and the blasts themselves involve almost all floor jumping. You'll probably like it if you love high impact floor aerobics.
