    Yeah, poor cuing can be a pain--literally and figuratively. If I like the work out though, I'll keep going with it and eventually learn the routine well enough that it doesn't matter. Never have that problem with Cathe though. :)

    workouts harder after the first time..

    Happens to me to. Maybe it's the excitement from a new workout, or maybe it's because since I'm still learning the moves, I'm not working as hard as I could be. :)

    I agree--that Athletic Training DVD is deceiving. Proof that low impact doesn't have to mean easy. The first half hour is pretty intense. Guess it's all those compound moves. I really like that workout.

    I just did the Intensity Workout DVD. Phew! That workout flies, especially the step portion. Really gets my heart rate up. Which DVD makes you go "Phew!"? :eek:

    CrossFire vs TTM

    I don't know if Crossfire is that much more difficult than To the Max. I love them both. Great variety, and just when I don't think I can do any more, she moves onto something else. If you can do To the Max, you should be able to tackle Crossfire. :)
